Technopolis Moscow SEZ became the guardian of a red wolf named Ron from the Moscow Zoo
Technopolis Moscow SEZ takes action to reduce the negative environmental impact. The SEZ calculates the amount of greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change and aims to decrease them.
In 2024, green spaces for the collection of rare types of waste, such as blister packs, plastic cards and vaporizers, were arranged at SEZ sites. They complemented the existing system of separate collection of waste paper, plastic, appliances, batteries and caps.
Landscaping and gardening efforts continued to improve the environmental situation in the SEZ. The strategic objectives have been established for enhancing water and energy efficiency and developing waste management strategies.
Employees and residents of Technopolis Moscow SEZ participated in the reforestation efforts
In October 2024, 50employeesof the management company and residents of Technopolis Moscow SEZ planted 4,000 pine seedlings on the forest area in Losino‑Petrovsky District, which had suffered from a fire. The process of planting was conducted under the guidance and supervision of forestry experts. In 2025, the engrafted trees will be given special agricultural care.
