Results

In 2024, an innovative educational facility was inaugurated by Vladimir Putin, serving as a training hub for Moscow’s colleges, where over 3,000 students will participate in hands‑on training each year, tackling real‑world production challenges.

New modern buildings were built and put into operation in Rudnevo in 2024:

• Production complex with an area of 48,000 m², where wing assemblies for MC‑21 aircraft will be manufactured
• Public business center with an area of 60,200 m² with offices, laboratories, light manufacturing and social infrastructure

The Rudnevo‑1 territory (the first or the main stage of the park) underwent comprehensive improvement: 1,700 trees and 3,300 shrubs were planted, over 57,000 m² of rolled lawn was laid, two smoking pavilions, flagpoles, small architectural forms were installed and recreation areas for personnel were organized. There are two guest parking lots on the adjacent territory.

Development prospects

New facilities are planned to be commissioned at the Rudnevo site in 2025:

• Two industrial buildings to house high‑tech production facilities with a total area of 65,600 m²
• Laboratory and office building to headquarter high‑tech companies with an area of 16,000 m²
• Industrial building with an area of 82,900 m² to house companies in the microelectronics and aircraft interiors sectors, as well as a data processing center
• Drone flight test facility with an area of 17,500 m²

Furthermore, in the near future, Rudnevo will be enriched with a variety of new facilities for the community: a sports center, a thermal center, a go‑karting track, green spaces, and children’s play areas.
